Tara VanRoy - Director and Choreographer
Tara has a dance history extending over 20 years, she has been classically trained in the arts of ballet, tap, jazz, and modern throughout New York State. Tara has trained with Master Instructors Frank Hatchett, Kathy Sullivan and Bob Rizzo. Her recognitions are on a county, state, and national level through various competitions and organizations. Tara has taught dance in Binghamton, Rochester, and Catskill, New York. She has developed dance programs for schools, community centers, dance studios, cheerleading squads, and day care facilities. In the Hudson Valley, Tara has been employed by non-for profit agencies and a school district as an advocate, educator, and behavioral specialist. She is an instructor for the Greene County SPROUTS program, Catskill Community Center, Windham Elementary PTSA, Grant D. Morse Elementary Enrichment program, and Catskill Middle School programs. With a degree in psychology, there is an emphasis for self development in all of her programs.

Lesley Birk - Instructor and Choreographer
Miss Lesley has a dance history extending over 20 years. She has been classically trained in ballet, tap, and jazz. Miss Lesley continues her dance education through NADAA conferences throughout the Northeast. Miss Lesley is an active volunteer of the community working with youth through the boy scout and girl scout councils.

Emily S. Pici- Instructor
Emily is a graduate of Niagara University, where she received a BFA in Theatre Performance. Emily's training includes Acting, Dialects, Shakespear, Voice, Armed and Unarmed Combat, Mime, Puppetry,and Makeup techniques. Emily has directed plays through the University Reperatory Theater, and has also starred in several productions. Emily enjoys teaching dialects, American sign language, guitar and theater history.

Kimberly Clemens- Assistant Instructor, Choreographer
Kim is a graduate of Stephens College with a BA in Fine Arts and Dance Theory. Her training in dance began at a young age through Albany dance schools. She competed in several dance competitions and was a student assistant instructor. Kim has gone on to receive other degrees while teaching dance. Miss Kim continues her dance education through workshops with Pulse, National Dance Week, NADAA, and EBA. Kim is concentrating her instruction at the Academy in Hip Hop and Contemporary dance.
Nicole Eisenhardt - Instructor
Miss Nicole's gymnastics and dance experience is extensive, She has been in these arts for most of her life . Nicole has held several state gymnastics titles and now is the technical instructor for the Academy's acrobatics program.
